Ottawa’s newly formed trio made by the local professional music performers Natalia Bibik, piano, Olena Gapey, cello and Anna Baksheeva, violin presents the essential chamber music works by the greatest Romantic composer. Legendary Trio no.1 in B major, Sonata for violin and piano no.1, Scherzo performed by cello, Romanian dances for violin.
Both violin and cello share similar characteristics of warm, crisp bright tone, brilliant large sound and clarity of high positions as they both made by Edward Pong, a Canadian talented maker from Oshawa, Ontario.
Natalia Bibik has established herself as a brilliant piano teacher and pianist, chamber musician in the capital region in last 4 years, Olena Gapey is a highly regarded professional cellist and educator. She performs with several local symphony orchestras and teaches cello. Anna Baksheeva is known in the capital since 2010 as a violin teacher and free-lance violinist performing at chamber concerts, functions and events.
